Christopher Haynes
Immigration Lawyer
Christopher Haynes began volunteering and then working in immigration through refugee advocacy and support as part of the Asylum Rights Programme in Wales. He then trained with Seren Legal Practice and Albany Solicitors, before joining the Immigration Advice Service. Christopher is experienced in all areas of immigration, including business, family, nationality and ILR matters – from advising, drafting/reviewing documents, and guiding clients through the process from start to finish.
Samantha Alderman
Family Law Specialist
Samantha advises on child and financial disputes, prepares court applications, and drafts key documents including consent orders, trial bundles, and witness statements. She helps clients understand their legal position, navigate proceedings, and avoid unnecessary litigation – including urgent domestic violence applications. Her support covers both married and unmarried clients.
Philip Nam
Commercial Specialist
Philip has vast civil litigation experience spanning over 16 years and dealing with a wide variety of claims including landlord & tenant, commercial disputes, consumer disputes and contract disputes. Philip’s experience includes dealing with both low and high value cases; the highest value case that he has dealt with has been £2.5million. Philip regularly appears in court on behalf of his clients.
